20 minutes…
I like to set small goals.
For example, When I work out, I only have to do 20 minutes. I do this so that in my mind that is ALL I have to do. It actually helps me get to the gym more often because its not so dang intimidating. No more “I have to do an hour cardio and 30 minutes of weight training.” That idea usually sends me straight to the fridge and nowhere near the gym. So, 20 minutes…that all I HAVE to do. Usually I do more but if I don’t at least I did SOMETHING.
Now I just gotta figure out how to set small goals all around….
