Seriously…A great way to CLEAR YOUR HEAD! Its hot…Yes. Its Hard…Yes. You sweat…LOTS. But at the end your mind (or at least mine) is still. Its quiet. Its relaxed. And that doesn’t happen often.
I will say, two days back to back after not doing it for a while…Pretty much my entire body is sore… Oh but that moment of silence is soooo worth it!
